1. Scope of Services

Typical service delivery timelines range from 3 to 10 business days, unless specified otherwise in your service agreement or scope document.

2. Service Engagement & Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of each engagement, clients must:

  • Provide accurate business information and documentation.
  • Cooperate in a timely manner during project execution.
  • Not use our services for illegal or unethical activities.

Failure to provide timely input may delay service timelines and affect delivery quality.

3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payments
  • All pricing is subject to quotation based on the project scope.
  • Invoices are issued digitally, and full or milestone-based payment must be completed before service commencement unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways.
4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, with eligibility generally based on:

  • Non-delivery or significant delay in digital services.
  • Service failure that cannot be resolved within a mutually agreed time.
  • Product or service misrepresentation, backed by evidence.

Note: No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or canceled due to client inactivity. Refund processing may take up to 30 business days.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
  • Any reports, templates, documents, or strategy tools we deliver are licensed for your business use only.
  • You may not distribute, resell, or repurpose our materials without written consent.

All content and code (if applicable) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, financials, and business data as strictly confidential. This includes:

  • Business strategies
  • Financial documents
  • Operational workflows

We do not share client data with third parties unless required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Delays or errors caused by third-party systems or client-side configurations.
  • Business losses due to misuse or misinterpretation of our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, hosting services, analytics tools). These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for any disruption, data loss, or damages caused by their systems.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client breaches these terms.
  • Payments are delayed beyond agreed timelines.
  • The service is used for unlawful activities.

All intellectual property created before termination remains the property of the company until dues are cleared.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly. Your continued use of services implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
